Best Buy has taught me that success in the retail world comes from two things, working intimately with customers to meet and exceed their expectations and collaborating with coworkers to build a community that has a focus on helping each other constantly improve. In my role as a Verizon Hybrid Advisor I feel as if I have excelled at both of those categories. I constantly have a focus on improving my own skills, but I have found enjoyment in helping others overcome the walls they set for themselves and see them succeed at things they previously thought impossible. This mentality has taken our mobile department from a one-man army to a collaborative team that is now meeting, and exceeding, goals regularly.
