As a QC Tech I have taken every opportunity to deepen my understanding of not only food safety but the whole production process from receiving to shipping. I have been trained to be able to work any production line just as well as the people who work it everyday. I have implemented skills such as time management, adaptability, and multi tasking to complete my basic duties and everything else asked of me. I have formed good relations with all of my coworkers in my department. I have shown dedication pulling extra hours when needed and having not only good attendance but being punctual as well.
As a receiving tech on top of my normal duties I have been the go-to person for large projects like returns or sifting. For almost 8 months I handled all Kikkoman COA's. I created the Micro log and revived the use of the Perdue tracking log with customer service.
At Kroger I was quickly thrown into a leadership role when the click list department was launch. My job was to not only ensure that all customer got their orders in a timely manner but also that I allocated my staff properly to ensure all orders for the next day were completed as well. Through this I learned not only basic leadership skills but also proper resource allocation and task designation.
