  • Drove local Bullitt County Leaders to bring first Homeless Shelter to Bullitt County, identifying and engaging both donors and in kind partners
  • Created new program - Farmers Feeding Families, designed to engage Shelby County agriculture community in addressing food insecurity raising $50,000 in new dollars inaugural year
  • Built awareness and engagement for this effort by leveraging new volunteer leaders to invite and engage new partners through sponsorship, events and donations
  • Created Women's Committee - Pearls With a Purpose in Shelby County, driving women's leadership and engagement to strengthen Metro United Way's core work in Early Childhood Education. Designed first Pearls With a Purpose event in January 2019, securing Governor Martha Lane Collins and Secretary Elaine Choi as speakers for sold out event
