Ryan McAfee

Lead and mentor a team of lifeguards, coordinating daily shift assignments, rotations, and performance evaluations to ensure swimmer safety. Conduct weekly in-service trainings to keep guards up to date on skills. First responder to emergency situations in and out of the water. Oversee daily aquatic facility operations, including monitoring chemical levels, and filtration systems.

Instruct group and private swimming lessons for students ranging from 2 to 10 years old, focusing on water safety, basic swimming strokes, and endurance.
