Provide professional social work services including, but not limited to:

  • Investigate complaints of abuse/neglect of children and/or adults & evaluate the need for services to address risk and safety concerns
  • Conduct face-to-face interviews & home visits
  • Document assessments, home visits, contacts, & other case actions in TWIST
  • Develop case plans and provide ongoing family-based services to reduce risk
  • Prepare and participate in court hearings, file petitions, & monitor conditions set by court
  • Coordinates the placement of children in adoptive/foster homes
