- Mare care & management: Oversee daily care, feeding and health of the herd.
- Breeding: Coordinate breeding schedules, monitor estrus cycles and coordinate shipping to the breeding shed
- Foaling: Supervise foaling, provide assistance during labor and ensure the foal receives proper postnatal care
- Veterinary coordination: Working closely with our veterinarian for new foal exams, reproductive exams and pregnancy checks.

- Staffing: Train, manage, schedules and placement of grooms in barns. I also help with hiring new employees.
