Sanctioning body for Mixed Arts competitions both amateur and professional in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Collects and organizes all required medical documentation for competitors and issues licenses to competitors, trainers, coaches, and corners. Responsible for the hiring of all officials for each event to include doctors, referees, judges, and any other needed officials for the event. Coordinates with licensed event promoters to conduct official weigh-ins and bout certifications.

Performs routine administrative duties, recommends policy changes, monitors flight training certifications, and schedules annual training. Monitors training requirements and upgrade training courses in conjunction with the Unit Training Manager. Manages career specific certification process for flight personnel in upgrade training. Plans, evaluates, and documents training to ensure compliance with Career Field Education and Training Plan.

Supervised a crew of up to 7 firefighters at a fire station, overseeing daily operations, leading emergency response efforts at fire scenes, managing personnel, equipment, and ensuring the safety of the team during firefighting and rescue operations, often acting as the incident commander until relieved by a higher ranking officer; duties include fire suppression, emergency medical services, hazardous materials response, fire prevention inspections, and station maintenance.
