• Jefferson Community and Technical College, Louisville, KY, ADN Program, 07/30, Capstone 120 Clinical Hours were completed in the Neurological Intensive Care Unit at Norton Hospital Brownsboro.

I am a part of our hospitals Unit Based Council- We are responsible for bringing together the ideas of our care team. We bring them to life to create a better work environment and more successful patient care.

I sit on the board of the Falls Committee- This group was created for a few passionate nurses and leaders who wanted to create a change in our hospital. Our weekly meetings are where problems, data, and solutions are discussed.
