- I underwent the application process in the Spring semester of 2024 and attended a training series in the summer of 2024.
- Since then, I have grown within my leadership role. I have had to handle things like conflict, building emergencies, resident mental health emergencies, and more.
- This position has also allowed me to connect with residents and help them feel a sense of belonging at the university, the Wildcat Way!

- From here I took a paid position unloading a supply truck and supplying the building with health materials.
- Shortly after taking this position I took the afternoon receptionist shift while still stocking the building in the morning.
- The receptionist position included tasks like answering calls, working with packages, working with families, visitors, and more.
