Currently work inside counter sales where my duties include handling parts orders, assisting customers with purchase and advice on PTO and hydraulic systems, creating and billing repair orders for the service department, identifying and shipping out cores, handling warranties for over the counter parts and the service department. I also am currently supervising the warehouse and drivers including assigning routes and overseeing incoming stock orders and outgoing transfers and stock returns.

Worked on the counter handling parts orders, PTO and hydraulic sales including repairing customer's PTOs, created and billed repair orders for the repair shop, handled the internal billing for the reman shop which rebuilt transmissions and differentials for transfer to other locations and for resale over the counter, handled incoming and outgoing cores.

Built and or repaired driveshafts including machining welding and balancing, repaired cylinder heads, performed various press work, installed and fitted king pin bushings, resurfaced flywheels drums and rotors and other machine shop work. Was eventually promoted to work as a counter salesperson where I handled parts sales over the counter, creating and billing repair orders for the driveline shop, cylinder head shop, and truck shop.
