Summary

I feel that I have progressed very well in my position as Farm Loan Program Technician in the time that I have been employed. Starting out as a G6 and progressing to a G7 in a year and four months, I feel that I would be an asset as a Loan Analyst. A lot of the duties I do now are listed as duties of a Loan Analyst. I am motivated to learn new things, and I work well with the Loan Officers and I feel that I give the potential customers a fair and proper service without discrimination.
