OPTIMIZE-HF trial, Participated as an investigator for cardiology patients during my work at Cardiology Associates who met the criteria of hospitalization for acute heart failure. Provided follow up on 3 separate office visits to assess heart failure symptoms and review medications patients were taking for heart failure. This information was submitted into an internet based registry for heart failure.
