Current project is 37,000 sf main headquarters of Ashland Credit Union. 3 story steel superstructure office building. Over 100 offices including: conference rooms, kitchens, restrooms, lounges, 2 outdoor patios, fitness center, elevator, and 4 lane detached drive thru. Exterior structure is curtain walls, masonry, ACM panels. Project cost is $19m.

Instituted/maintained safety program following OSHA guidelines. Coordinated/scheduled all trades to successfully achieve fluid completion of project in a timely fashion to meet turnover schedule. Oversaw all daily work to ensure high quality installation and start up.

This project was the 39,000 sf main headquarters of The 1st National Bank in Lebanon, Oh. 4 story steel super structure. Over 120 offices, conference rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, full basement, elevator, 3 car attached drive thru, 6 acres landscaping, retention pond, etc. Exterior brick masonry, architectural stone, EIFS, storefront. Cost of this project was $9m.

• Managed successful construction of multi-million dollar commercial building projects from concept to completion.
• Performed regular job site observations to provide direction for general contractor personnel and subcontractor laborers.
• Conducted critical pre-installation conferences with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and manufacturer's representatives.
• Identified and resolved construction issues promptly to prevent delays.
• Conducted regular site inspections to ensure quality standards were upheld throughout each phase of the construction process while minimizing potential hazards on-site as well as delays in progress timelines.
• Planned and implemented comprehensive construction schedule to guarantee completion of project on time and within budget.

Over this period I was over multiple locations throughout Ky., In., Il. Managed fitouts of existing locations including complete rebrandinding of open locations. Coordinated all trades to accomplish projects in customer friendly/safety minded environments. Projects ranged in costs from a few thousand dollars to $4m.

This project was the 32 story concrete superstructure Omni Hotel in Louisville, Ky. My responsibilities were overseeing the podium area, (bottom 3 floors), which included restaurants, shops, 4 lane bowling alley, 4000 sf laundry facility, outdoor swimming pool, 22,000 sf grand ballroom, 11,000 sf jr. ballroom,gym/spa/sauna and fullservice beauty salon, 10 meeting rooms, and all ground operations (just-in-time deliveries of all materials/disposing of all trash). Total cost of this project was $320m.
