Manage daily financial operations, supply procurement, student activity accounts, and staff attendance tracking at the school building level. This position acts as the primary financial liaison between the middle school administrative team and the district central office. The Bookkeeper must pay extreme attention to detail, strict adherence to deadlines, maintain meticulous, transparent paper and digital trails, ensuring all financial activities comply with state and local accounting regulations, preparing documentation for annual financial audits.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
