*Engaged in both vehicle mounted and foot patrols to ensure the safety and integrity of fortified structures and assist military police with investigating any potential security breaches. Extensive firearms training across multiple platforms to include the M16, Beretta M9 and Benelli M4. Training was received from both the Marine Corps and highly trained private instructors.
*Lead and supervised 15+ Marines in day-to-day operations. Responsible for the receipt, maintenance, storage and security of over $9,000,000 worth of secret government assets.
*Served as Battalion Training NCOIC where I was responsible for conducting, logging and tracking various yearly required exercises for 600+ Marines. Served as the Interim Operations Chief in conjunction with Training NCOIC duties. During this period, I was responsible for assisting the Ops Officer in setting up all logistical needs to deploy Marines of our unit to various places around the globe as well regular day to day operations within the battalion.
*Served as a unit Combat Marksmanship Instructor, training up to 600+ Marines annually in various required firearms training on platforms including, but not limited to, the M16A4/M4, Beretta M9 and Benelli M4.
*Trained in Marine Corps Martial Arts Program achieving the rank of Brown Belt. Gained proficiency in hand-to-hand combative techniques, disarming assailants, joint manipulation and compliance techniques both unarmed and with the use of a baton.
*Served as a Brig Chaser upon Camp Lejeune. I was responsible for prisoner transport, life-saving efforts, disaster response and recovery, asset protection during transit.
