  • Completed and have maintained Field Training Instructor certification (9/18/2016-present). This has included being involved in training over 35 new staff members.
  • Served as recreation coordinator from 7/13/2016 to 6/20/2019. This included being responsible of the inventory for all recreation equipment at the facility.
  • Served as CPR/first aid/AED facility-based trainer from 3/15/2018 until 3/15/2020 conducting yearly trainings for facility staff.
  • Served as Aikido/mechanical restraint facility-based trainer 4/20/2017 until 7/7/2021 conducting trainings at least once a month for Aikido and quarterly for mechanical restraint techniques.
  • Experience in upholding PREA standards as a direct care staff for 4 years and 9 months.
  • 6 years and 8 months of experience ensuring subordinate staff are upholding PREA standards as a supervisor along with monitoring performance and providing training/feedback to staff.
