Working in the Pro-shop allows you to deal with many different personalities and having to deal with money as well. Make sure you charge people the right amount and give them the right amount change back. Also, controlling how the course is being managed.
Working as a Cart boy. I had to clean 60 golf carts in 1 day and put the carts back into the barn. Cleaning carts allowed me to make connections with people when I cleaned their carts because they appreciated the fact that me cleaning their carts when they didn't have to.
