Currently assigned to the Intake Processing Specialized Area where I am responsible for the intake and processing of detainees. Utilized data-entry skills and a high-level attention to detail to properly document detainee information during the intake process. Developed a high-understanding of local, state, and federal laws. Hold one of the highest rates on narcotics detection in my specialized area, utilizing proper search techniques and my experience at the facility. Working in Intake Processing has allowed me to be proficient in working in a high-speed, and rapidly-changing environment, and having to make decisions in a high-stress environment. Currently assigned to the facility's Tactical Response Team (TRT), where I have obtained numerous additional certifications in firearms proficiency and self-defense tactics. Participated in numerous tactical operations within the facility, resulting in seizure of dangerous and non-dangerous contraband.
