Accomplishments

I have spent over 20 years working at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion plant in the Human Resources field. While in that role I was privileged to be involved in many union contract negotiations. Several of those as the Chief Spokesperson for the Company. Negotiations at the Paducah site and one at the Portsmouth site was performed in my role.

While working at the DUF6 site I was tasked with the challenge of negotiating a new collective bargaining agreement with the Union which had not been done in several years. After many months of

negotiations a contract was ratified by the Union.
