I am well rounded in all aspects of operational management. I possess highly effective and efficient leadership skills. From Telecommunications to food service. I pride myself in all aspects of business operations but customer service and customer care is so important to any operation. I go above and beyond to ensure every customer has the positive experience that is lasting. In business, I go above and beyond the call of duty day in and day out to ensure that operational goals and operational standards are met and exceeded. I am versed in Profit and Loss and have managed a budget exceeding 14 million dollars with dish network. Including monthly financial reviews of the over all business. I am efficient with a computer and most technology. I've managed multiple locations in my my career and territory's that expand over 4 states. I am versed in all aspects of the Warehousing process. I maintained an inventory that exceeded $6 million dollar in the locations I have managed. I ensure inventory audits are completed monthly to ensure compliance from the warehouse department. I have built and maintained sub contract labor to keep work load spikes under control and to make the internal business more efficient. I have created customer service routes with many different company's. I have managed the customer service experience in every roll I have had in management. I have managed up to 115 employees, 12 managers, 6 warehouse staff and 3 quality assurance personnel. I have managed fleet with box trucks, vans, and trucks. I managed a fleet of 55 vehicles for dish and managed 25 vehicles at TNI. . I am motivated by the drive of cooperate America and I will go above and beyond to ensure that my teams are successful. I’m my experience I have exceeded expectations for every company I have worked for. I am a very hands on manager and am very driven to mentor and develop employees for the next level. I believe in promoting managers from within. Giving those that have worked hard and helped us accomplish our goals an opportunity to move up in the operation. I believe in leading by example. I am a hands on manager that can that does not care to get my hands dirty. I have worked very hard to earning the respect of all employees. I feel there is no second place in business. If your not first your last. Being the best is the only option. I have proven that no matter the job I can get it done day in and day out. I have over 15 years of sales experience. I have 7 years of door to door sales along with building customer base from scratch. I am a closer and I started door to door sales when I was 20 and it played a huge roll in who I am today.
