• Press Engineer the requirements for verifying and maintaining the quality for all the products produced across all programs. Control of the Press Quality processes, Documentation, Corrective Actions, Control of non-conforming product, Calibration of gages and Measuring devices. for all new products.

• Assembly Engineer - Manage and maintain the quality of all components by using various methods to ensure customer satisfaction. Implementing ECN’s as released by the customer. Work with Supplier to resolve all product non-conforming issues. Manage supplier base for both purchased components and raw material.
• Manage corrective action process to drive problem resolution and sustain improvements.

• Serve as the Management Representative for the Quality system. Manages the internal audit schedule for TS-16949 standards. Ensure that the plant successfully implements applicable World Class Quality Systems, and are certified / compliant with VDA 6.1, ISO/TS16949, etc. as appropriate.
• Manage supplier base for both purchased components and raw material. Drive continuous improvement post S.O.P., Supplier Development and Quality performance. This includes leading the corrective action processes for Supplier issues.
• Manage corrective action process and assist QEs as needed to drive problem resolution and sustain improvements.
