Maintain billing spreadsheets to stay on schedule and ensure accuracy within all aspects of accounts receivable. Regularly meet with Senior Managers and Partners of the firm to review work in progress and status of monthly revenue goals across multiple service lines (Tax, Audit, Advisory).
Provide administrative support to Executives of the firm and their teams. Key responsibilities included client invoice preparation, coordinating travel and events, contract and firm correspondence preparation and review. Train new hires to use firm wide and service line-specific tools, processes, and databases.
Interviewed and hired temporary warehouse employees to meet client work load demand. Submitted daily attendance reports, responsible for the master excel sheet that tracked all employees under the Adecco umbrella. Participated in weekly meetings with site leaders to review employee attendance and production in order to decide if any disciplinary action is needed.
Perform administrative tasks needed by coaches or staff. Ensure coaches and staff had everything required for game day and other events such as NFL Pro Day, signing day, recruiting visits, etc. Other job duties included checking NCAA guidelines, coordinate meetings for coaches, and update team database with information provided by coaches.
