Maintain and keep up with generators, mechanical rooms, chillers, and apartments. All general maintenance work, from replacing fixtures, hvac sequencers, electric water heaters, smoke detectors, transformers in boilers, breakers, sub panels, capacitors, fans, pumps in plumbing systems, relay switches, and emergency backup batteries. Training new employees.

Bid on and schedule all jobs. Over see employees and time off. Run job sites, sole point of contact for all clients. Pay invoices, and create quotes for new clients. Clean windows/rappel from buildings.

Laid conduit, installed water mains, installed sewer lines, run offs, storm drains, water retention centers, operated skid steer and single axel dump trucks.
