Responsible for exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests. Collaborate with kitchen staff and Events Manager to ensure timely and accurate food preparation/set up/decorations for events or everyday business. Manage multiple tables efficiently, maintaining high standards of service quality and cleanliness. Trained new team members on restaurant procedures and best practices. Responsible for making sure each guest enjoys their time because to some people, this is their DisneyWorld.

• Responsibilities include managing compliance needs to facilitate current Laws and Standards. Conversing with multiple people at one time. Organizing and keeping track of important documents, meetings, agendas, etc. Keep training up to date as possible. Understanding and using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• I was hired as a server/bartender and for a brief time served as FOH Manager while also serving and occasionally bartending. Duties included opening, closing, cleaning, inventory, ordering, schedules, timesheets, inventory, etc.

• I did everything a normal corporate setting would make a server do, with occasionally bartending but left mainly because of how corporate handled their business. I had previously worked for a bar in Oregon and got “spoiled” on how employees should be treated.
