Daily co-administration of 1 central Inbox, wherein client-matter requests are submitted by foreign Administrators based in Isle of Man, Jersey, Geneva and Hong Kong:-

  • Review and arrange execution of Admin-drafted Trust/Company documents (i.e) Minutes/Resolutions to approve Distributions, Deeds adding/removing Beneficiaries, Loans, Annual Financials, Amendments to Company Memorandum & Arts etc;
  • Arrange Apostille of Statutory, Corporate or general Legal documents, on behalf of Entities, as Registered Office/Agent;
  • Assist Senior Officers/Compliance team with Onboarding by collating KYC received from Admin teams (as and when assistance is required)

Carry out approximately 120 Annual Periodic Risk Assessments/Client Profile Reviews for various Trust and Company structures.
